California Poppies Tissue Paper Flower
Step 1Cut 4 pieces of orange tissue paper in the shape of poppy
petals, about 2 inches tall by 1.5 inches wide. Cut 1
piece of rectangular yellow tissue paper, about 1 inch by 2
inches. Roll the tissue paper up and cut halfway to form
the stamens.
